The TDSB is moving towards a new excursion management process to help support planning and programming for all students, while maintaining our commitment to student safety. Beginning this year, our school is 1 of 13 that will be participating in a pilot of the new process.  When you receive excursion forms for your child, you will notice that the form will be pre-populated with some information from the school registration process (such as student name, address, medical information, etc.). To help ensure that the most up to date information is maintained in our system, this information will be shared for your review prior to each excursion.

Please be advised that the personal information provided on the excursion form is collected under the authority of sections 58.5(1) and 171(1), paragraph 28 of the Education Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.2, as amended and retained in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M. 56. The information will be used and disclosed as necessary to support the planning and programming of student participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular excursions and activities.  It may also be disclosed to authorized school staff in order to administer the above purposes. Questions regarding this collection should be directed to Grahame Joy,  Vice-Principal, at 416-396-3365 ex: 20011.

If any of the information on your child’s excursion form is incorrect, please contact the school office immediately to ensure that the information can be updated.
